Jay Stieler
I’m a longtime resident of the Central Coast. I am a new resident to the world of watercolor however, having picked the brush just a little over a year ago. I find the medium both challenging and relaxing, where not a day goes by that I don’t learn something new.

Since retiring, I am enjoying trying a little of this and that, taking some classes along the way, with works in graphite, ink, color pencils, watercolor, and pastel - my favorite. I look to catch the beauty of light and dark in my work.

Joe Schwartz
Human dignity, individual rights, and cultural differences were of extreme importance to the late photographer, Joe Schwartz. For decades he documented everyday life of a forgotten segment of society, ordinary people. Joe was an artist seeking to capture the humanity within us with his camera’s lens.
